If you encounter a genuine fault with your GRABO simply fill out the form or reach out to us directly. We strive to respond to your inquiry within two working days, and whenever possible, we'll diagnose technical issues over the phone or via email. If you're experiencing problems with the digital display screen on your GRABO Pro please access our troubleshooting advice. If your GRABO is no longer covered under warranty you can book a paid repair.

Please Note: 

A separate claim for each tool must be made if you have multiple items. The warranty does not apply it the event of accidental damage, misuse, repairs not made by GRABO UK, normal wear & tear or consumables such as seals or filters.
