The warranty does not apply in the event of:

• Freight damage.
• Unauthorised parts or repairs.
• Misuse, overloading or accidental activation of the tool in storage. 
• Normal wear of moving parts or consumables, such as seals and filters.

*Please make sure you retain proof of purchase.

If you believe there is a genuine fault with your Grabo please fill out a Warranty Claim Form, and we will respond to your inquiry within two working days. Alternatively, you can also Contact Us for help to resolve the problem. If your Grabo is no longer covered under warranty you can book a repair.

Note: Unauthorised Stockists 
Warranties do not apply to tools purchased from unauthorised dealers, including illegal "parallel importers," second-hand tools, those previously used by rental shops, tools explicitly manufactured for other countries or territories, or tools identified as counterfeits.
